Recipients and processors
Data may be made available to providers supporting website operation, hosting, email communications, technical administration, anti-spam protection, analytics and advertising tools. These providers may include Cloudflare when Turnstile protects forms, and Google and Meta where the relevant services are active. When enabled, Turnstile processes necessary technical signals to detect automated traffic; we do not send form contents to this tool.
We work with each processor only to the necessary extent. When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we use appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where applicable to the service.
Retention period
We retain enquiries and related communications for the time needed to handle them and protect our rights, normally for no longer than three years after the last communication, unless a longer period is required by law or a specific contractual relationship.
Technical logs and cookie data follow the retention periods in the settings of the relevant services and in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set by law, you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
If you believe that we handle your data incorrectly, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority.
Security and updates
We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures so that only authorised people can access personal data and to prevent its loss, misuse or unauthorised disclosure.
We may update this policy when our services or technologies change. The current version will always be published on this page. Effective date: to be confirmed.
