Cool Homes Beach
Beachfront apartments in Torre del Mar
Living on the seafront in Torre del Mar
Cool Homes Beach 2 is a small-scale development of apartments and penthouses on the Torre del Mar seafront. Designed by A-cero, it brings together distinctive architecture, natural light and terraces facing the coast.
Terraces facing the coast
The development sits opposite the beach, with no other buildings between it and the sea. Terraces extend the living space outdoors; the view from an individual home depends on its position within the building. The development includes apartments and penthouses.
Architecture by A-cero
The design is by Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares of A-cero. Clean lines, glazing and stepped terraces define the building. The homes are designed to connect indoor and outdoor space and make use of natural light.
Torre del Mar on your doorstep
The development is at Calle Faro Nuevo 5 in Torre del Mar. Its seafront position connects the residence with the beach and the town promenade. The orientation, view and availability of a particular home should be checked against its floor plan.
We will help you choose a particular home
On request, we will check current availability, pricing and the layout of the home you choose. We will send the available project materials and arrange the next steps or a viewing.
